Coming In Red Hot

By Suma Kaul,
Guys, can you believe Valentine’s Day is just around the corner? I myself can’t believe it’s already February. But what better time to break out all the gorgeous hue’s of RED than on Valentine’s Day?

Wearing red for Valentine’s Day is a given, right? We know we can’t go wrong with it. While shopping at my local Goodwill, I was inspired to put together a collective post of 3 ways to wear red this upcoming V-day. If you’re adding a pop of color or going monochromatic- the color red will brighten up anyone’s day for sure AND make you feel festive.
Check out 3 Ways to Wear Red:

I couldn’t believe the racks on racks of red tops that graced my Goodwill in New Rochelle. For work or play, you can pair a red sweater with denim or a chunky turtleneck with a feminine skirt. Have fun with it and keep it flirty.

If wearing red isn’t your thing, you can always add a pop with a cute pair of red heels OR flats. Goodwill wasn’t lacking in that department either. The shoe racks caught my attention right away with all the pretty reds and different styles of shoes. Skinny Denim + Neutral Color Top + Red Shoes = Vday Goodness

Wearing a red purse doesn’t only work for a night out with your girlfriends on V-day but you can bring that pretty red purse into this upcoming spring season. Win win.
Will you be wearing red this upcoming holiday? I hope so! Shop your local Goodwill for affordable finds to make this Valentine’s Day special.
