It's a 5-Window Sale Weekend at Goodwill!

Four window sales Friday and a fifth this Saturday – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Paramus & Elmsford, take note! There are a ton of gorgeous deals just waiting to be yours. Take a look:

FRIDAY, MARCH 30:

• The Goodwill 23rd Street Window Sale (Manhattan): The sale begins at 9 a.m. and is first come, first serve. Each customer is given a ticket in the order they enter the store. They may pick two window items to buy. When the purchase is made, they may rejoin the line to make another selection. You’ll find the 23rd Street Goodwill Store at 220 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010 (phone 212-447-7270).

• The Goodwill Paramus Window Sale (NJ): Customers line up when they get there, and tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The store opens at 10 a.m. for all shoppers, but only ticket-holders may purchase window sale items. They will be taken one at a time according to their ticket number and may select up to three window items per person. If a customer wants more, they must get a new ticket and wait until their number is called. You’ll find the Goodwill Paramus Store at 809 State Route 17 (southbound lane), Paramus, NJ 07652 (phone 201-444-0596).

• The Goodwill Livingston Street Window Sale (Brooklyn): The sale begins at 9 a.m. and is first come, first serve. Each customer is given a ticket in the order they enter the store. They may pick two window items to buy. When the purchase is made, they may rejoin the line to make another selection. You’ll find the Goodwill Livingston Street Store at 258 Livingston Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (phone 718-923-9037).

• The Goodwill Fulton Street Window Sale (Brooklyn): The sale begins at 9 a.m. and is first come, first serve. Each customer is given a ticket in the order they enter the store. They may pick two window items to buy. When the purchase is made, they may rejoin the line to make another selection. You’ll find the Goodwill Fulton Street Store at
  1100-1104 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11238 (phone 718-789-0856).

SATURDAY, MARCH 31:

• The Goodwill Elmsford Store (Greater NY): The sales take place every Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. and are first come, first serve. Each customer is given a ticket in the order they arrived. They may select as many window items as they want. When all the ticketed customers are done, usually around 10 a.m., any remaining window items are sold in the regular way. You’ll find the Goodwill Elmsford Store at 380 North Sawmill River Road, Elmsford, NY 10523 (phone 914-347-4376).

Just in case you’re not in the know yet, a Goodwill Window Sale is when the best items in the store (which have been displayed in the window for days if not weeks) go on sale. There are often designer items and high-priced toys in the mix. We’ve seen everything from red lacquered Chinese lions to a Ferragamo heels to pristine electric guitars. Crowds form early, so try to get to the store well before doors open.
